Mazha Matrimony believes in helping its customers as far as possible!

If you choose to TERMINATE / CANCEL your membership, the money once paid towards SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE either in full or part thereof under any circumstances, adjusted for any other service or for another applicant. Your membership in Mazha Matrimony is only for your exclusive personal use. You agree that you will not authorize others to use your membership, and you will not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.

In the instance of you chose to TERMINATE / CANCEL your membership, the SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE either in full or part thereof under any circumstances. But when you buy our services, if you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. But this refund applies ONLY for INACTIVE orders. Refund will NOT apply for Orders that are activated with PAID membership. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund - we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

We automatically renew all paid Memberships before the expiry of the term of the paid Membership. You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature. when you first subscribe for your paid Membership, you acknowledge that when your paid Membership expires it will automatically renew for the duration and at the last paid price. The maximum tenure of any packages will be 3 (Three) month. Every Mazha Matrimony packages post validity period (varies from package to package), shall be renewed. If you do not want your paid membership to automatically renew, you must cancel your paid membership. In case you have to mail for cancellation, mail to [email protected]

       Mail to [email protected] for refund/exchange of package.

       The maximum refund/exchange of any packages will be 90 days from past purchase date.

      The refund will be initiated within 30 days after a refund request
